PetsPark.pk Refunds

This policy applies only to online orders placed through PetsPark.pk or an official PetsPark.pk ordering channel. Retail-branch purchases are governed by the policy applicable at that branch.

Reporting an Issue

• Visible transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• All other eligible return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Contact our WhatsApp Helpline at 0323-5272323 with your order number, reason for the request, and clear photographs or video. Keep the product, original packaging, outer courier packaging, and shipping label until the claim is resolved.

Do not return any product until PetsPark.pk has approved the request and provided return instructions.

Return and Exchange Eligibility

A product may qualify if it was delivered wrong, damaged, defective, leaking, expired, contaminated, faulty, or materially different from its description.

A change-of-mind or incorrect-selection exchange may be considered only if the product is unused, undamaged, complete, in its original packaging, and suitable for resale. Change of mind, personal dislike, or a pet refusing to use or consume a product does not qualify for a cash refund.

Non-Returnable Products

Opened or used food, treats, supplements, litter, medicines, healthcare products, consumables, and animal-contact grooming or hygiene products cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Sale, clearance, final-sale, non-exchangeable, customized, and personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. PetsPark.pk will still review cases involving a wrong product, an undisclosed material defect, or transit damage reported within 48 hours.

Food-quality complaints involving manufacturing, smell, texture, ingredients, contamination, or a suspected batch issue will be referred to the relevant brand owner or authorized supplier. PetsPark.pk may assist, but the brand owner or supplier will make the final decision.

Return Delivery Charges

For a change of mind or customer ordering error, the customer must pay both the return-delivery charge and the delivery charge for the replacement.

If PetsPark.pk verifies that it supplied a wrong, damaged, defective, leaking, expired, or faulty product, PetsPark.pk will cover reasonable return delivery and standard replacement delivery charges.

Exchanges and Refunds

All returned products are inspected before approval. The exchange value is based on the amount actually paid after discounts, vouchers, and promotions.

• If the replacement costs more, the customer must pay the difference.

• If it costs less, PetsPark.pk will refund the difference.

• If an approved replacement or suitable alternative is unavailable, PetsPark.pk may offer store credit or a refund.

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable. However, reasonable original standard delivery charges will be refunded if the complete order is verified as wrong, damaged, defective, or unusable due to an error by PetsPark.pk.

Approved refunds may be issued by bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or store credit. PetsPark.pk will normally initiate the refund within 48–72 working hours after receiving, inspecting, and approving the returned product. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. If a customer refuses delivery, actual outward and return-to-origin charges may be deducted from any advance payment.

Customized or specially ordered products cannot be cancelled after procurement or preparation has started.

PetsPark.pk may reject requests submitted late, without evidence, or involving products that were used, altered, mishandled, improperly stored, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
